Do you ever find yourself navigating workplace dynamics by reading the emotional temperature of the room—or wondering how others perceive you in the process?
Are you driven to connect, contribute, or stand out at work—but sometimes unsure how to balance authenticity with professional expectations?
If either of these questions resonate with you, join our two and a half hour virtual Enneagram Panels on August 17th from 9:30am-12pm PT to learn all about the Heart Triad in the workplace.
This event, led by Noah and Elaine (two expert Enneagram practitioners), features 3 separate panels of Heart Types who’ll provide an in-depth exploration of the unique qualities and challenges of being an Enneagram Type 2, 3, & 4 in the workplace.
During these interactive panels, you'll hear directly from Heart Types, and have the opportunity to ask them questions about their experience at the end of the panels.
For those of you who have only had the chance to explore the Enneagram through written word, these panels will help bring those static descriptions to life!
The Heart Types are grouped together based on their dominant center of intelligence (the heart center). In the workplace, Heart Types often bring a distinct dynamic:
Type 2s- bring warmth, generosity, and a relational focus to the workplace. They often serve as connectors and morale boosters, tuned in to the needs of colleagues and eager to support the team. Their challenge can be overextending themselves or neglecting their own needs in the process.
Type 3s- show up as driven, adaptable, and highly goal-oriented professionals. They bring focus, energy, and a results-oriented mindset to any role, often becoming natural leaders or standout performers. At times, they may struggle with workaholism or basing their self-worth on external success.
Type 4s- bring emotional depth, creativity, and a desire for authenticity into the workplace. They are often highly attuned to the culture and meaning behind the work, seeking to contribute in a way that feels personally significant. When misaligned, they may feel misunderstood or disconnected from the team.
People in this triad tend to navigate the workplace through the lens of emotion, identity, and connection. These types are deeply attuned to how they’re perceived by others and often bring relational intelligence, empathy, and creativity to their teams. Whether through supporting others (2), striving for excellence (3), or expressing authenticity (4), they each seek to be seen and valued in meaningful ways. Their strengths can elevate team culture, while challenges may arise around image management, emotional reactivity, or feeling misunderstood.
At these panels, you’ll get the opportunity to delve into the inner workings of the Heart Types and gain valuable insights directly from those who bring these characteristics into their relationships. You won’t find a more up-close-and-personal way to learn about how Types 2, 3, and 4 view their jobs and careers.
Whether you're a seasoned Enneagrammer, or just beginning your Enneagram journey (you don’t even need to know your type), this panel is a must-attend event to understand the nature of the Heart Triad in the workplace.
