Do you tend to lead with action, take responsibility quickly, or feel a strong need to stay in control—or keep the peace—at work?
Are you highly attuned to what feels right (or wrong) in your workplace environment, but sometimes struggle with tension, inertia, or frustration?
Join our two and a half hour virtual Enneagram Panels on August 10th from 9:30am-12pm Pacific Time to learn all about the Body Triad in the workplace!
This event, led by Noah and Elaine (two expert Enneagram practitioners), features 3 separate panels of Body Types who’ll provide an in-depth exploration of the unique qualities and challenges of being an Enneagram Type 8, 9, & 1 in the workplace.
During these interactive panels, you'll hear directly from Enneagram Body Types, and have the opportunity to ask them questions about their experience at the end of the panels.
For those of you who have only had the chance to explore the Enneagram through written word, these panels will help bring those static descriptions to life!
The Body Types are grouped together based on their dominant center of intelligence (the body center). In the workplace, Body Types often bring a distinct dynamic:
Type 8s- bring boldness, decisiveness, and a protective presence to the workplace. They thrive in leadership roles and naturally advocate for justice, autonomy, and the well-being of the team. At their best, they create environments of strength and empowerment—though they may struggle with control or intensity under stress.
Type 9s- contribute calm, steady presence, and a collaborative spirit in professional environments. They excel at mediating conflict, seeing multiple perspectives, and keeping teams grounded and harmonious. While they’re often the glue of a team, they may avoid tension or defer their own priorities in order to keep the peace.
Type 1s- bring integrity, order, and high standards to their work. They are principled team members who strive to improve systems and uphold what is right, often becoming the ethical backbone of an organization. Their dedication can be inspiring—but rigidity or self-criticism may arise when things feel out of alignment.
Body Types engage with the world through instinct, action, and a deep sense of internal knowing. In the workplace, they are often grounded, reliable, and quick to take initiative or hold the line when something feels off. Whether by asserting control (8), maintaining harmony (9), or striving for integrity (1), these types bring a strong sense of presence and purpose to their roles. Their challenges often relate to anger—whether expressed, avoided, or internalized—and how they manage control, resistance, or tension on the job.
At these panels, you’ll get the opportunity to delve into the inner workings of the Body Types and gain valuable insights directly from those who bring these characteristics into their work. You won’t find a more up-close-and-personal way to learn about how Types 8, 9, and 1 view and interact with their jobs and careers.
Whether you're a seasoned Enneagrammer, or just beginning your Enneagram journey (you don’t even need to know your type), this panel is a must-attend event to understand the nature of the Body Triad in in the workplace.
