The Enneagram Subtypes

Join Elaine and Noah for this intimate workshop & panel on Saturday May 17th from 9:ooam-1:00pm Pacific Time.

The subtypes are body-based instinctual drives that we unconsciously rely on for survival—and it’s possible to over-invest our energy in any given one of them. This workshop and panel will cover the essentials of all 3 subtypes:

  • Longing for intimacy (one-to-one)

  • Seeking community and social interaction (social)

  • Wanting basic survival needs met (self-preservation)

The differences among these three subtypes will become clearer as we listen to one another discuss subtype experiences and how each of these survival instincts has impacted and played out in our lives. In addition, we’ll learn how to improve relationships by bridging these subtype differences with understanding and compassion.

  • Explore the basics of all three instinctual subtypes (characteristics, strengths, struggles, concerns, etc.)

  • Find your dominant subtype

  • Learn what “subtype stacking” means

  • See how instinctual subtypes show up in daily life as well as how certain places, situations, and eras of life can elicit specific subtype activity

  • Consider subtype dynamics in relationships (work, family, romance, friendships, etc.)

The workshop & panel will be held virtually, via Zoom. The registration rate is $125. If you’re able to bring a friend, send us an email so you can receive the link to pay our discounted price of $205/pair.
